wish there was a way to watch the recording in full screen while its recording, otherwise it installed just fine, I downloaded the drivers from their website like they suggest in the packaging, running in on a windows 10 media pc, 8gb of ram, core i5. No performance issues at all.

This is is as user friendly as it gets, and the pic/audio quality comes out perfectly.
I was able to digitize and share endless hours of memories we had on vhs and video8, and made a lot of people very happy, including myself.
I don't get the bad reviews around here, seriously, what did they expect? 4k bluray quality? it is as good as the original source and that works perfectly for me.

Contains essentials but software is not that great

This product contains the basics for transferring your VHS tapes to digital. However, the software is very minimal. I had to purchase another program to edit the videos. It does work fairly quickly when hooked up to a USB 3 port.
