Literally the best insurance you can have! Great price. I paid 20 dollars for three years and three replacments! Sadly ive already had to replace two one was due to a cracked screen and the other was due to charger port. I asked if with the new tablet i could get a new charger and they said they only cover the tablet but my new tablet and new charger came in 2 days! So easy. Email you the return label to return your broken or defected tablet! Customer service is amazing! Hands down so nice so fast so understanding! This is literally one of the best things ive ever spent my money on easily! And ill do it all over again! Im looking into other insurance coverage by square trade for other electronics i have! Amazon and square trade thank you thank you thank you!

After all the confusion on the site about purchase window that you have to purchase this protection plan I contacted Square Trade. See my tablet was out of the 30 day window from date of purchase. Ad advertised up to 90 days to purchase plan. Square Trade at first stated oh NO you have only 30 days after delivery to purchase the program. I pushed back as the Amazon ad states 90 day window for purchase and provided a link to my purchase. He asked if it was the Amazon Fire I purchased as if it was then yes you have a 90 day window so I was covered. Very confusing as I see many comments on here regarding purchase window from time of purchase of tablet

I haven't had to use this on either of the Fire tablets I bought before Christmas thank goodness. However, I bought the same coverage for the 3 Fire tablets I bought for the grandkids for Christmas 2016, Last summer -- on what had to be the absolute hottest day of the summer -- one of the tablets got left inside the Nanny's very very hot car and the screen cracked. This was on a Wednesday. I called the service plan number on Thursday and they sent out a new table which was received on Friday. Can't beat that. . .

I never buy extended warranties and didn't buy one for my first Kindle, something that I bitterly regretted when my great grandson dropped it in the toilet. I have purchased three more Kindles as gifts and to replace the one that drowned and every one has a Square Trade two or three year warranty. A broken USB charging port killed my second tablet and Square Trade could not have been easier to deal with. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. DO NOT BUY A KINDLE WITHOUT A SQUARE TRADE WARRANTY.
