Easy to clean

I got these great looking marble-like tiles from home depot, but they were near impossible to keep clean/white. They don't have a smooth texture so anything would get stuck on and be impossible to get off. It was a nightmare.
I got this sealer about 5 months ago and applied it hoping since it's got a smooth texture it would make it easy to clean and also make them look glossy. It seems to have worked perfectly. The texture is pretty smooth and incredibly easy to clean at least compared to before.
There are little bubbles and imperfections here and there, if you run your hand across it you can feel them or see them in the right light but it may just be my fault when applying it but it's very hard to notice and still WAYYYY better than how the floor was before. It definitely saved the floor.
It seems to have lasted perfectly so far.

Due to limited space I needed to divide my project into 2 sections this stuff blends very well so I'm not to worried about seeing a seam"¦.Just applied coat #2 side 1"¦.very happy but took 26 hours to completely dry so waiting to apply coat 2 is a bummer but no biggie"¦Didn't plan on 2 coats but saw a few spots I was light so I decided to do 2 coats, so needed to buy another quart for side 2"¦.Glad I'm doing this myself it's a lot of work but saved 1000 bucks or more for a Pro
Glossy wet look achieved

I hadn't seen to many before pictures on what this product can do. I ordered the sample to try it and just wow!! I used the glossy glaze.
The first pic is of my new porcelain tile. I was hoping I could get it to look permanent "wet" as it had more deep colors and designs in it. However porcelain is not very porous so I new it would be an interesting want on my part.
This product did just that. The second photo is right after I applied the second coat to have a more even look so you can see the back is glossy and the front is a little milky (it will dry).
Not sure how long this will last but even if I have to redo it in 5 years it is worth it!!
Helpful hint, I ordered the quart size and painted it on with a roller. I ordered 2 bottles so I could do a second coat because the product is use it or lose it within about an hour. One bottle covered about 275sq ft with ease.

Finally finished up my new bathroom. So I wanted to protect it and keep it looking nice. I used this in a freshly tiled shower. After following mixing direction I applied this product and it Looked great until it started peeling off within a week. What a disappointment. Stay away unless you like doing things over again

I bought this with little faith that it would hold up to the foot and pet traffic as this was for the kitchen and dining area and we are NOT gentle with our flooring. We have ceramic tile and had tried the Behr wet look coating before. Yeah, that didn't hold up well at all. One pet accident and it was over.
So I didn't have high expectations for this product. I applied it to the dinning room only to save myself the trouble of having to take it all up if it sucked. Well, let me tell you what. This stuff WORKS.
My tile now have that beautiful wet look to it permanently. It was extremely anxiety inducing stepping on it after the recommend drying time cause it looked wet. (Yes I know that the whole purpose but still..) Then I was afraid to Moo it or use the bissel wet vac cause it's a little streaky on tile flooring but it got to the point where I had to. And yes the Bissell was a little streaky but I suppose our socks polished off those streaks and it's back to its glorious shine. Only thing my grout was a light brown, sandy colored and after the application it looks a little orange-y. My husband says I'm nuts, that it just looks darker brown but I know for a fact women can pick up more color nuances than men so there is definitely an orange hue there, to my eyes at least. It's not a deal breaker, still looks geat . Now I'm actually going to do the entire house. I suggest you get knee pads because my knees were not happy the best day.
