Easy Application - Quick-Dry

Easy to apply, low odor. This product dries and walkable within an hour. I have found that for outdoor use need to re-apply each year to maintain water-resistance. Initially, I applied 3 coats (first year). Second year I found that one coat seemed adequate. Does not have a big affect on the color and appearance on concrete, but it does help with cleaning and dust removal from the surface. Overall I like the product and will continue to use it. Also easy to apply on rock work and it will enhance the colors in the rock and help protect the mortar joints from freeze-thaw issues.

After looking at the other sealers available, I decided on this one. I have a huge driveway so I used a pump sprayer to apply, then went back over with a 18" paint roller for even coverage. Ran out of product, one more gallon would have done it. Going to order more. Only has one coat on this staving concrete driveway. But looking out at it. Looks great, has a nice sheen to it. Definitely going to order more. Just don't have some wild expectations like a mirror finish. They claim, natural to a wet look. Prep is the key spent all morning pressure washing, then used surface attachment, let it dry for at least a hour on a nice day. Spray and seal. Happy with product, believe you will be too. Will do updates if anything changes.

5 gallons was enough for 2 coats on a new 2000 sqft pour. First coat was swabbed on with lambs wool mop and it seemed to take ~2.5 gallons. Second coat was using a low pressure sprayer which went much faster and took ~1.5 gallons. I dont have enough for a 3rd coat but I have enough to seal the aprons when they get poured. Great value and great result. Positive reviews on here are what helped me choose this product, perhaps this review will help you. Buy with confidence.
