So far so good. I have used this for 1 week first thing in the morning and have noticed better sleep, less frustration and more patience. In my head? I don't know but it's helping lol. The only reason I gave 4 stars is I thought this was portable in a sense that it charged and I could walk from room to room with it on. It is not, it needs to be plugged in to work.

After researching many other options for light therapy lamps, I found this would likely be the best option for me. It's very easy to use. There are a few levels of brightness including off. The off button is touch activated rather than an actual button activation. If you are like me and have this at the foot of your bed, make sure you cannot turn it on in the middle of the night with your restlessness. Cold toes escaping blankets and sheets in the night may disturb your sleep!
I definitely recognize a difference in myself, including my energy levels when using this lamp and highly recommend it to others!
