These inserts, placed inside my sports bras, create perfect contours.
The padding is thinner in the center of the cup, creating the subtle appearance of an inch-wide "areola" zone for a more natural look compared to inserts that have the same thickness throughout.
Thanks to the stitched edges, I can throw away the lame, flimsy inserts that came with my soft bras. Those peel apart so easily that several bras had to share inserts until I got these beauties.
Great product. The six inserts came in a 7"x9" zip seal plastic pouch. Delivery was prompt, but one of the inserts had a deep crease (probably because Amazon packaged the pouch with other items that squished it). I sprayed the insert with fabric freshener and the crease disappeared as it dried. Yay! Gotta love breast forms that bounce back.

Some have weird wrinkles

Thick and sturdy but some of them have a weird wrinkling right in the middle that make it look like your nipple is poking out which is why I got these for my sports bras - to give my unpadded ones padding and keep me from looking "cold". Defeats the purpose.

I've used these types of pads as "modesty protectors" for years. These work okay but are a bit thicker than what I had been getting and leave a small bit of a line when wearing a tight top made of thin material such as a tshirt. They also don't stay in place very well if one is really active but work well enough otherwise. I'll save them for lazy sweater days and use my others for active tshirt wear.
These are great post mastectomy. Would be great for a little more shape for others

These are great post mastectomy. I had bi-lateral mastectomy with skin sparing but not nipple sparing. Because of this and the process of tissue expansion the shape of the breasts was just off. where the nipples once were, there was a convex look and in a wireless non-padded bra the shape was just weird. These really made the shape natural looking.
