I am very pleased and satisfied with this product. It has proven very useful not only for my baking a number of pizzas but also for my bread baking activities. The size and shape of the peel is ideal for home use and is quite sturdy. I've had no problems using it over and over unllike another metal peel that I have used, and since retired. It is always within arm's reach in my kitchen.

This is perfect for what I needed. It allows me to breadcrum the paddle and easily slide the pizza on to the stone for cooking and removal. There are two things that you should do to make it perfect as I did to mine. As others have mentioned, the edges on the front of the paddle and around the sides are a bit rough. Sand them down. the front of the paddle needs more sanding to make a wedge for perfect sliding on and off of the stone and is only necessary for perfection in your pizza kitchen. If you are using it for meats and cheese or crackers and bread, you still need to sand the board. After that it's all good!

This paddle is very well made and worth owning. I would have even preferred a bigger one if they had it since I also need it to cut the pizza on, which the pizza is just a little bigger but works. So I know you guys make a cutting board but it was not big enough and since I wanted a pizza peel this was the one I picked.
How about making a bigger cutting board? A 20x16 inch would be a good size.. just saying.

I have wanted a Pizza peel forever. Even my husband who didn't think we needed it says he is pleased i purchased it. it is multi functional, which i wasn't aware of until i started reading about it - and it is impressive!
