Read my post, no kidding this oil is great!
Bill•December 25, 2017
Ok no disrespect to my italian friends, Italy has better wines, and any booze they make beats Ouzo except maybe grapa, but when it comes to olive oil they all take a distante second to Ellora Farms. When you read about the distinctive bitter aftertaste of olive oils, I believe it is a story by those that have a bitter aftertaste. You will not find that with Ellora. That aftertaste reminds me of what an olive pit must tase like. And again you will not find that in Ellora Olive Oil. The tins are dated so you know they are fresh. Someone gave Ellora 2 stars because his tins were dentad, well that's really not a reason to mis-represent this fine product. Kind of like saying Cummings does not make the worlds finest Diesel engine because my Dodge Ram had a dent when I got it. The only other poor evaluation was by someone that can't spell so..... Bottom line I have searched the earth for the best olive oil for decades and have found it. So do yourself a favor and buy a tin or two, if you have a taste for olive oil you will not be disappointed.
One of the best olive oils I have bought in recent years

One of the best olive oils I have bought in recent years. A bit more than your typical "value" olive oil but worth the extra coin for the substantial increase in quality. Would highly recommend to anyone who uses olive oil as a part of their regular diet.

This is an outstanding extra virgin olive oil----I found my way to Ellora Farms from reviews by professionals able to assess ingredients and compare tastes. This one came out as among the very best, for good reason because it is improving the flavor of my favorite dishes.
It's the real deal

My wife was having allergic reactions to the homemade food we made, which was very confusing because we were trying very hard to cook simply with foods we knew would not trigger her allergies. Someone suggested that the olive oil we were buying at the grocery store was probably counterfeit/mixed with other oils or much older than is desirable. I was very skeptical but figured a couple of extra bucks was cheaper than a refill on her Epi-pens. I was pleasantly surprised when recipes that used to set her off had no negative affect at all. I'm not a foodie at all, so I don't notice any real change in the taste of our dishes.
DELICIOUS CRETAN OLIVE OIL

DELICIOUS OLIVE OIL. TASTY, WITH A BIT OF BITE. CANS, UNFORTUNATELY, ARRIVED SOMEWHAT DENTED, BUT USABLE. PERFECT FOR GREEK FOOD, SLIGHTLY LESS SO FOR ITALIAN, BUT STILL WORKS WELL.
