Okay it was a bit of pain to set up instruction book is like fine print on credit card. So you tube the set up, it looks amazing and reminds of a double din car unit in the physical setup. Once set up worked fine sound is amazing for mono speaker. Wish clock had digital option. And so far I have had to connect all my blue tooth devices manually but that may be my lack of techno knowledge. All in all I think its bit pricey. But if I needed a clock radio and didnt have any other stereo equipment this would be on my list okay after setting up como app this ia pretty amazing. for sure down load app you u can set up and control the unit thru this very easy using app! This has now moved to my #1 place. less bulky and more eye appealing than bose, linking several of these is very nice feature, the app makes control a snap. im sold buy this once set up you will love it. still wish for digital clock option. and alarm set up in app!

Mostly good, but surprised by the slow responding software.

I am pretty happy with the Como Solo, with a couple of exceptions. First of all though, the sound is amazing! It's very clear and fills the first floor of my house pretty well. And it is a rather beautiful piece of equipment. So the exceptions are really for you to be prepared when you do by it:
1. The software runs pretty slow for what it is, there is a lot of wait-time in the set up, finding a network, moving from one station to the other. ALOT of wait time. It took probably 10 mins to find my network, when most smartphones and computers find it in seconds. Don't use the knobs buttons for the set up either, it's very unforgiving. Touch a knob wrong and, suddenly, you're back to the beginning and having to start the search/setup all over. the remote is much easier for this part. Actually for just about everything except to go directly to a station (one of the 6 top touch buttons). Surprised me because I'm a knob person, I like to use things manually rather than a remote.
2. Considering the number of station settings this thing has, it seems like being able to pre-program more than 6 stations for the touch buttons would be a no-brainer. This is common in the touch buttons of a car (FM1, FM2, etc). Not sure why they didn't do something like that here.
3. Haven't been able to get it to work with my iPhone through the USB cable/firewire and the USB setting. I have to connect it with an audio wire. That's fine, it still works and I can play Pandora through it, but you would expect to be able to plug and play a smartphone. Luckily, I have a charger nearby, but that's another cable.
4. I can't consider this a con, since I knew it wouldn't work, but only having Spotify sucks. I like Pandora, my stations are all set up and I don't really care as much for Spotify. It would be nice to be able to add an internet address somehow.

Love the build quality. Love the sound quality (as long as you keep your expectations in perspective). It's a very nice looking radio. Looks good at home or in your office at work.
