EZ to Use Cloning Device

Neat stand-alone cloning device to clone an SSD or two at a time. I removed my own and cloned it or even can clone it to another exterior hard drive, though I haven't tried that just yet. I will update this as I use it more and learn more about what all it is capable of doing. It works on most Apple computers that take an solid state drive so it makes it very easy to replace your own drive when necessary. I couldn't believe how simple it is to take one out, clone it, and replace it giving the computer a "new" hard drive on which to run. Note: While I had my Mac open, I used some compressed air to clean out all the debris that easily accumulates over time, dust bunny's & other detritus that tends to work their way in. It says it will support up to 8 TB but I didn't need near that much space for my personal drive. So far, I am impressed with this docking station.

Glad I got this! The USB ports help. USB really has become universal. I have built computer systems over the years. I still have a couple old systems. This comes in handy for still using some of that "junk". Using them for archiving data. I also like being able to salvage the hard drive from my broken laptop.
