Works great! Excellent price and maintains settings very accurately.
The item works ok, as a previous person posted, the hot plate is either on or off. The dial makes it misleading. Magnet is ok.

Stirrer does work and has variable speed. Despite the dial control, there is no tempertature regulation or thermostat. The heat is either on or off. Not useful if you'e trying to maintain a steady temperature, or even a temperature within a 10 degree C spread. Wouldn't buy again, thing is mostly useless. Will be returning for refund.
