Works but needs a little tweaking.

Our dog has a rear hock injury so we tried this which helps stabilize her leg but the added stress to the other leg soon showed up so we ordered a second one a week later. The original purchased one wouldn't close all the way as fur had collected on the very end. I removed all I could but realized the Velcro had been trimmed unevenly and now the Velcro was pulling off so I had to trim 1/8" off so it now just closes and sometimes comes undone. The size seems correct as the second one closes fine. Perhaps the Velcro strip should be a little longer.

Great. Saw an instant improvement when he tried to shake himself off after I put then in. Usually, he would fall or his legs would splay out from under him , but this time he stood standing. My dog is a 15 year old cocker spaniel with numerous joint and knee problems. Size small was probably the perfect size, but I'll need to trim hisfur around the Velcro areas.

My dog is 15lbs and slim (Shellie mix). I got her the small and it easily fits. She has a torn ccl and the brace provides more stability for her making it easier for her to walk and climb stairs. She doesn't mind it all. The company contacted me to make sure the fit was right. Not so common these days! I recommend trying this.

I have a 10 yr old miniature dachshund and this fit him perfectly. He has IVDD and he's already had two back surgeries. One of his legs is a little weaker and has less feeling because of it and thus the knee pops in and out of joint. This seems to work well to protect his knee.
