Pocket too big to hold items

The kick mats are good for the purpose I purchased them - to keep the backs of the seats in my new car clean from the feet of little grandchildren in booster seats. However, I was disappointed with the pocket organizer which looks like it could hold a variety of small items but the pocket would work better if it were divided into 2 pockets or had tighter elastic on the top. The large pocket will not hold a box of crayons or book without falling out. I plan to keep the mats but will sew a seam through the middle of the pocket to create 2 smaller pockets which hopefully will work for small items.

I recently leased a new vehicle, but I have 2 toddler children. My biggest issue was making sure the interior was protected from them and within 24 hours of having the vehicle I'd had to remind my youngest to "STOP KICKING THE SEAT!" (haha) So, I took the initiative to seek out something to protect the back of the seats where my kiddos like to put their feet. These definitely do the job and are easy to install and remove. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because the mesh pocket isn't tight enough and things constantly fall out. So the storage aspect isn't really what I'd hoped for. While I wish the storage pocket was better, the mats still serve their purpose.
Did not fit my Odyssey

This did not fit my 08 Honda Odyssey despite what the other reviews said. The two star review is not based on that though. It doesn't seem like good quality. It doesn't seem easy to clean. It is not waterproof or the kind of material you can wipe away dirt and mud. The elastic band for the pocket is really loose. It cannot hold anything with weight. I returned it.

The bottom strap, which is needed to secure the mat to the back of the seat, so it doesn't dangle straight down (because seats are slanted) is not big enough to go around the seats in the Subaru Outback. When I did try to stretch it around the band stuck out 2-3" from the base (lower back) of the front of the seat. Wouldn't that be slightly bothersome for the person sitting in the seat? Also, the net at the top is very loose and flimsy and will not hold all the items pictured.
Fits perfect on my 2017 Honda Pilot

I wanted something minimal for my new 2017 Honda Pilot and these were perfect!! They stay in place and the kids can't dirty up the backs of the seats. Ours holds their headphones and a book or a couple of movies or an ipad mini. There are no pockets at the bottom, but I didn't want an excuse for them to keep too much stuff in the car. If it doesn't fit in the pockets, it doesn't stay in the car!
