Attention hikers - treat your feet well with foam insoles

These are great for walkers and hikers, and will make a big difference in your comfort level. I toss out the insole that came with any hiking show and then cut these down to size, or, I put the original insole back in after a hike, although by now most all of my shoes have theses liners in them. My take is they last six months for general walking and hiking purposes. If you work in a place like I did that provides annual steel toed boot allowances, you can often buy these if you do not need new boots. Make sure you buy the shoe size you wear, or, the next size up and then cut the toes with scissors to fit to your shoes.
