It is a little pricier than other descaled solutions out there. However, it's what is recommended for my espresso maker. I'll stick with the OEM recommendation and have that peace of mind. Just don't want to give my $2,000 machine a reason to break!

I have a Gaggia automatic expresso machine and I bought this because they recommend using only their decalcifying liquid. While I'm sure other brands would probably work I prefer to follow the manufacturer's guidance in case there are ever any warranty repairs required. There's not much to say about this product other than it does what its intended to do. The price is reasonable. Gaggia doesn't really appear to try to rip you off compared to what it would cost to buy other brands. If you have a Gaggia machine then I would recommend. If your machine's manufacturer doesn't specifically recommend their own brand decalcifier then you might want to consider this as well, otherwise just buy their brand.
