In preparation for my gastric bypass, I have gotten a variety of protein powders. I bought the cappuccino flavor since I'm not a big coffee person but will drink cappuccinos every so often. I mixed this with a vanilla pudding to test how it would taste while experimenting and it was absolutely delicious! This will definitely be something that I continue during my time where I can't really eat solids, and will likely remain a favorite snack for a long time afterwards.
This is so much better than sticking to the traditional flavors of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. I next plan to drink this today, warmed, to drink as an actual cappuccino. But for those who haven't added it to pudding, yet, TRY IT. LOL!!

So I originally tried Unjury chicken soup it was wretched. This one is not clear however I was sick of fruit and chocolate flavors. Also I wanted something more filling and this does the trick. Definitely keeps hunger at bay until my next meal.

Taste is fine, gave it 5 stars because easy way to get max protein for min calories. Need to mix with hot water less than 140 degrees or the powder clumps. Thankful to have a hot option as I "live" on cold protein shakes for at least 1 meal per day
