First of all, let me say that if it weren't for the defects, I would love this bag. I work in as an instructional coach for technology, and I needed a bag to put my laptop and iPad in to take from school to school. This bag is just the right size for what I need, and I love the clear zipper pockets to keep my charging cords organized. I've never had a bag that fit my needs so well. Plus, it looks so cute that I get a lot of compliments on the print. I hate to say that I'm having to tell people not to purchase this bag because I absolutely hate how poor quality it is. When it first arrived, I noticed a lot of loose stitches and broken threads hanging off it. After two days of light use, the stitches of one of the straps started coming out, so I had to stop carrying the bag by the straps. Now, that I have used it for a week, other stitches have come loose and the bag is getting holes in it. I paid about $70 for this bag, expecting it to be of better quality, and I'm heartbroken that it is exactly what I need, but it started falling apart even before I really got to use it. If I knew a replacement would be in better condition, I would ask for one, because like I said, I really LOVE the design of this bag, but I'm afraid it would be of the same poor quality. I would welcome a response from the seller on this matter. Thank you.

I love this bag. It is super cute. I actually bought it for work but my laptop was too big for it. :( Since then, I've used it for a weekend bag and I'm so glad I kept it. It rolls really smoothly. I love the clear zippered compartments. The side zipper compartments are handy. The front zipper compartments are not so handy though. They are so slender I couldn't fit anything into them.

2-2022 I needed a light rolling bag to transport items I use when I work with students in different schools. Carrying a bag on my shoulder began to hurt my back. Since using this Lily Bloom luggage, my back pain is gone. The only downside is when I need to negotiate steps either in the school or to get into the school, but the bag is very light to pick up. It is very well made, and the weight comes from items in the bag. I get lots of compliments, and I am glad that I am helping the planet since the material comes from recycled items. I highly recommend this luggage, and it is well worth the price.

It took me a week to realize one of the wheels broke, and the bag has been dragging on the ground. Also, one of the zippered compartments pulled loose. I use the bag 5 days per week for work. I have my computer a few files and a few supplies, so it has not been overloaded. It is a beautiful bag, and I received lots of compliments, but I don't think this bag is made for every day use especially only after one year.

I took this bag on a flight, and just loved it!! It is everything the description claims to be plus more. I was shocked st how much I was able to pack in that small bag. It was easy to stay organized as well with the numerous pockets it has inside and out. It was so much easier to pull this small bag on wheels than to carry a heavy tote bag through the airport. I also love the Wild Woods pattern, it is so pretty!!

I order the one above and received a different pattern and item. I had to keep it being I needed it the next day. I used it for college and boy did it come in handy for all my heavy books. The one I was sent has just one huge open space which is good if you don't need to compartmentalize. It does have a small inside pocket on the inside and outside which is a great space for small items. The clicks on the handle never locked in place for a specific length so I only had a full length handle. The wheels are plastic so be careful pulling on surfaces such as parking lots which can wear down the wheels. Being that it was the wrong item and the wrong pattern it was still very useful in holding all of my huge college books for the whole semester and is still holding up. Might give this one to my sister and try again for the one I want. It is a quality bag if decided on this brand.
