This bracelet is extremely comfortable, a bit tricky to get the right fit, and the customer service is top notch. The ID plate I was given didn't have all the information on it correctly, as it was missing a line or so of information. I called the number on the instructions and needless to say, within three days I had a replacement free of charge. Trying to find the right fit can be tough, as you have to cut away the band with scissors so there's little room for error. However, don't let this deter you if you need this for yourself or a small child. Just be aware that cutting too much will lead in a bracelet that may not securely fit. All in all, love my bracelet, and in a few months will order another just to have as a backup.

Great allergy bracelet. I was looking for something functional, comfortable, not too flashy but noticeable enough when needed (love the medical alert symbol) and hardest of all - that met the approval of my tween daughter. Also, something that didn't break the bank - my daughter's original pick was 4 times as much but not nearly as versatile or made to withstand play and the elements. It is only a month old but it still looks brand new (as expected). I fully expect this bracelet to last many years. Road ID has a great reputation with customer service - another reason I was happy to support this company.

When it arrives, the wrist band is in excess of 6inches, and you are able to measure it right to your wrist and you have the ability to size it accurately based on your likes (loose or tight).
