It didn't work at first then it started to work fine a few days later and lasted for a few months. The card is now not working again and when I go to the sellers page it will not accept the verification code to submit a problem. I hope they see this and respond to me since I can not contact them.
Update. got a responce from UTA. Got hold of a tech two days later direct from China. ZERO help. After sending emails describing the problems he had no clue what was going on. He did not even know what a multiswitch was. We used team viewer and he took control of my computer. He would not try to lock or scan any 16APSK transponders only really strong 8PSK signals. When I finally got him to do a blind scan he recieved only vertical transponders and when I sais see it won't switch polarities he said he had to go and ended our session. I truley believe I got a cheap clone and it does not work. I am hoping Amazon will help with this situation.
