Pros: Very sharp, holds an edge well, very attractive, sharpens well.

Other thoughts: if you don't use a pinch grip the N1 handles may not be the best choice, the blade tapers near where the bolster would be near the heel of the blade. If you hold a knife with your pointer finger on the handle you could easily cut yourself on the heel corner.

The shape and balance of the knife is great. I also love the uni-body design, I never worry about water sitting in a crevice and rusting it from the inside out.
My only complaint is that when I am chopping something dense like a squash, the ridge on the back of the blade where it meets the handle is a bit harsh and will cut into your hand a little. But other than that, this knife is a workhorse and does 99% of the work in my kitchen.
