Lately I have really been enjoying home cooked pizza. Everyone tells you that a scale is super important. I have a few though I wanted one that could do not only per gram and even kilos, but it could also do measurements less than a gram for yeast, salt, and sugar. This is the answer without doubt. Super simple, very fast, include calibration weight. Put in the batteries and you are set. Price, performance, ease of use, it's hands down excellent.

Nice presentation in the box. Everything was nicely separated and if i store it in the box, there is a spare battery spot. The scale has a nice heft to it at 786g without batteries. I weighed the calibration weight came with it on another scale and i got 201g. I used the large scale on the one i purchased and got 201g. Got 200g on the smaller .01g accuracy scale. Seems to be very accurate but time will truly tell as to how durable it is. Great product thus far and it looks great.

When we started baking, I did a lot of online research. I picked it for the extra decimal of precision and for the two scales on one inexpensive device. It's good for lightweight items (baking powder, sugar) but the ability to also weigh heavier things (flour, liquids). We found more uses for it, such as coffee beans. The included calibration weight makes this scale an even better value; it's a pity that we can only calibrate the smaller scale, but we could (and won't) buy another weight if necessary.

I wish to upgrade my rating of this scale to my original 3 out of 5. The vendor simply replaced the faulty scale, so I owe them a better rating. I give the vendor highest marks for customer service. However, the scale still suffers from the fact that the 10 KG platform is not capable of the precision I require in many of my measurements. It has a minimum granularity of 1 ounce - that is, if I wish to weigh 20.54 ounces, the large platform cannot do it since it will display 20 ounces or 21 ounces and nothing in between.

Good combination scale. It's a nice idea. Took one start because the lack of clear instructions on calibrating the 10 Kg side. It is the same procedure of 300g with one difference: You must have 2 x 5kg calibrated weights (quite expensive). The scale only come with a single calibration scale of 200g you use to calibrate the small 0.01 precision scale. I read many buyers received theirs with bad calibration from the factory. My a well was off by 4-5g on the larger scale. The only way to correct is to have or "create" you Std weights. It was an exercise of "circus" to get heavy books and two big bowls to create two 5,000g "STD" weights (the calibration is two steps for the larger scale, you have to set first 5,000g and then 10,000g) that was only possible because I have another 3 Kg scale to "create" my weights. After the calibration, both scales are running perfectly (so far), but was a significant paint to figure out a "creative way" to do it for the larger one. If you are not going to provide the calibration weights, then one should expect to receive the unit very well calibrated. At least the manual could give "tips" about how to calibrate without having std weights (still a significant flaw, for those that do not have a second scale in order to do it)
