fast and easy to manipulate
USMC ret✓ Verified Purchase•May 28, 2018
I purchased this belt in February of 2017 and have worn it daily since then. I'm 5'9" and weigh 160. Most of the time I wear the belt without adding equipment, but I spend 2 or 3 days a week hiking through mountainous terrain wearing a holstered, full-size pistol, a spare magazine pouch, a sheath knife, and a phone carrier, all attached directly to the belt.
The quality of materials in this belt is superb and it is very strong. The buckle is very unique, strong, fast and easy to manipulate. Overall, this belt is exactly as advertised"”except for one thing: it routinely loosens as you wear it. The loosening is particularly problematic when equipment items are attached to the belt because, as the belt loosens, things start to sag and move around. Even when not wearing equipment items on the belt, it loosens. Ordinary movement, but particularly a lot of standing-to-sitting-to-standing will make the belt loosen, at which point the buckle starts to sag. After over a year wearing this belt daily, the loosening and sagging has become very annoying. The reason the belt loosens has to do with the design of the buckle where the free end of the belt is routinely threaded and unthreaded. The steel runner around which the free end is looped is very smooth"”too smooth (see photos). This is what allows the belt to loosen as it's worn. Not polishing the edges of this steel runner would likely eliminate the problem.
Another minor irritant with this belt has to do with the two-layer design, which is a very good idea a bit poorly executed. The outer belt is sewn to a significantly shorter inner belt of heavier nylon. Nothing wrong there, but the end of the inner belt opposite of the buckle is cut square and left that way. The corners of this much heavier nylon become projections (see photo) that make threading the belt through trouser loops difficult at times. This design defect could be eliminated by simply cutting the corners off the end of the inner belt before sewing inner and outer belts together. A bit of heat judiciously applied to the cut corners (as they did with the free end of the outer belt) could melt the nylon sufficiently to make it "smooth".

Exactly as advertised, they should be telling you about comfortable it is for daily use as well. Great product.

The belt I bought was just as advertised, no cheap materials were used, one of the best purchases I have ever made. I have NO negative remarks or anything bad to say about this belt. I have owned several other brands that were more expensive and made extraordinary claims about their products and they fell quite short of their description. When you buy something from the internet sight unseen and you can't hold it in your hands before you decide to purchase it you will inevitably wind up with x amount of crap, it is just a chance you take. I am VERY glad I took a chance with this company, finally someone be got it right! And at an excellent price. Now got to get other colors! Hope you potential shoppers who are in need of the best equipment out there, when nothing but the best will do, I hope you take a good look at this belt for yourself. I will say that I have extensive experience using this and other type of equipment for business and personal activity and cannot afford to get junk that will let me down by when I need it. So get this item it is strong, comfortable for everyday use and comes at a great price. You will be glad you did.
Runs small and wouldn't trust it with anything other then holding up your pants

If you wear a 36" waist you better order a bigger size because they mean Max 36" And at 36" you're only gonna have a 1/2 inch of tail sticking out of the buckle and the belt is always coming loose on itself I ordered a 38 thinking not be plenty I find myself wishing I had ordered a 40 because I don't trust a 38 to not come loose and drops me. I find myself tightening my belt all the time. If you're just using it to hold up your pants and maybe a knife it's fine.
All killer, no filler

Expensive, but the last tactical or nylon belt I will ever need to buy. I expect to pass this one down to my grandchildren. The click buckle is burly and too big to slip through most belt loops, but as most people say, it is pretty quick work to undo the male end and pull the belt out of all the loops. Check it out: I use the integrated D-ring to attach my dog's leash when we are walking around town, leaving both of my hands free to be fully... tactical.
For a perfect fit I might go down a size or two

I've been wearing it daily (for a bit less than a week) and have had no comfort or fit issues. My only criticism would be that there is a little too much left over slack and no loop or way to fasten it down, so it occasionally flops, For a perfect fit I might go down a size or two. I am still extremely happy with this one and will gladly recommend it to anyone who's interested.
