I ordered these with mixed feelings after reading different reviews on the Internet. I received these two remotes today and I got a piece of paper telling me to go on the Internet to program it. That made me uneasy and when I went to the web site it didn't really tell me anything. I did however see others who had the same problem and figured out that if you cycle the key on/off. 8 times it programs it. Well I did that and to my surprise it worked. It literally took 30 seconds to program. so overall I am very please with these remotes. Also they seem very well made and top quality. I highly recommend these to anyone wanting to replace a lost one and don't want to pay dealership price. for 10.00 shipped there the best deal around.

FAST shipping! I received these two days after making my order. Everything arrived in great shape, extra batteries were in retail packaging and are the actual lithium cells, not the cheaper ones.

Installation for both remotes was extremely easy and both installed on the first try on my 2005 Ford Focus ZX3. Batteries were included with each remote and time will tell how long they last, which is why I went with this item that included the spare batteries. Both look just like OEM Ford remote. A nice upgrade from the cheap third party remote that came with my used car, one which made the headlights stay on for 20 seconds after I locked/unlocked it and didn't pop the trunk.

Tried all functions on both remotes after install and everything works well! I had never heard of this company before but they've earned my business and the price is awesome!

Slick inexpensive deal. Easy to program and they both worked/ next day only one works. Too much work to send in one back. I am happy with the other one if it keeps working.

First of all let me recognize that I received great customer service from the website chat representatives so if you're like me and couldn't get this going, know that you'll be able to get help.

That said, I got a remote here on Amazon and couldn't seem to get it programmed - even went and bought a new battery. I chatted with a rep that agreed to send out a replacement for free. I tried that and still couldn't get it working. Well, as sometimes happens, I think I had an "Oh. I'm an idiot." moment that I'll only admit to here to possibly save someone else the frustration and embarrassment. See.... I still had a remote on my key ring. I thought the whole circuit board had come out along with the battery. It was "broken", thus needing the replacement right?

The rep said no matter how many remotes you're programming they have to be done all at the same time. Ok. I start to think, maybe it's the "broken" remote that's interfering somehow. I open up old remote and wonder... could it have just needed a battery all this time? I thought there had been wires inside it and they and the battery fell out. Ah but what the heck. I popped in a battery, went through the instructions and got 2 out of 3 remotes working. So evidently my "broken" remote wasn't broken. Can you hear how hard my eyes rolled at myself on that one?

1. Turn ignition to "run" and back to off 8 times - that last time LEAVE IN RUN POSITION
2. You will hear your car's locks cycle (lock and unlock) by themselves. This enters program mode
3. Press unlock button on any of the remotes, hold for 2 seconds-ish.
4. You should hear the locks cycle again
5. Repeat press of unlock button on any other replacement remotes

Again --- Tech support was great so don't fear if you need to reach out to them.

Note: In the remote cases, it is VERY hard to see which side the battery should be, because the raised letter instructions on the black case are so, so, tiny. The + side of the battery, that is the wider, untextured side of the 2032 type battery must be against the case.
