Highly disappointed with this item they look good underneath a shirt but other than that are completely pointless seeing as they only come in one shade unless you're made of plastic the shading will not match with skin tone very obvious and very hard to mold with the skin even with makeup under the shirt I guess they kind of feel real other than that they absolutely do not feel real I would not recommend

They are so soft and a little weighty. I absolutely love them. They definitely fill out my bras and help me feel a lot more feminine as a pre op trans woman. Would definitely recommend if wearing something full coverage. Not sure about anything to revealing though.

I purchased these for a trans friend who is new to living as a woman and was nervous about wearing prosthetics for the first time. The weight, texture, shape, and feel of these are excellent. When worn with a special bra that accommodates them (with pockets to insert them into) they end up looking and moving completely naturally, like real breasts, when worn under clothing.
