Good paint for a water based paint. It will not perform like a two part epoxy but it looks good for low traffic areas. I let it cure for one month before pulling my car in on it and only then with carpets under the wheels. If you have bare, never painted concrete go with the 2 part expoxy.

I have purchased two cans of this so far. It's in my basement. Has really helped to make it better. I am putting two coats on in high traffic areas. Still pretty new, so not sure of long term hold up. Covers well in my opinion. I also tend to paint thicker, so the coverage area is probably smaller than it could be, but that's ok with me. Dries fairly quickly.
