This mortar and pestle are perfect!!

I had originally ordered a granite mortar and pestle. It turned out to be different than ordered, much bigger and extremely heavy for occassional home kitchen use.

Defective product

I received this product and it was clearly broken and repaired! Note the crack line thru and thru that was put back together with epoxy! My husband who deals with stone manufacturing verified this as he has seen marble tiles repaired this way! A complete waste of my time and not worth the frustration, very disappointed as this was going to be a Christmas gift.

Great little mortar and pestle set. Durable and pretty. It has a smooth finish and the marble is attractive. The center of the bowl isn't smooth which allows for better crushing of pills, herbs, spices...whatever you need it for. I'm very pleased with the quality of this product. :)

This is a good solid product, both attractive and useful. I bought it because I needed a sturdy manageable mortar and pestle. This one fits well in my hand, (I have fairly small hands) so I can hold it steady and use the other for the mortar. I use this for spices, but it's an attractive piece that would be just as nice on the bookshelf as a curio.

Not the best I've used . The pestle is thin and overall I fear using much force with it . There is a slight crack in the mortar and the marble isn't the best . But the customer service is great and care about the buyer so you can refund or exchange your item if you like
