Unfortunately, the gasoline I buy has 10% ethanol in it. Gasoline with ethanol is not a friend to small engine carburetor, so even new equipment can gets that residue in the jets and causes loss of power, hard starting. After cleaning the carb the only thing that restored my equipment to run properly was adjusting the carb and I needed one of these tools to do it. The tool worked perfect and now i'm ready for when the carb fouls up again in the future.

When they arrived I walked them out to the shed and Fit them on a few of my 2 cycle pieces of equipment. They fit snug and felt great ... no slop. They will absolutely suit me for the 5 or 6 times a year I will be playing with Carburetors that need these tools. I was getting tired of using a Dremel and slicing a groove in the carburetor adjustment screws so I can use a screwdriver. What Govt agency needs a beating for playing this game on the consumer??? Freedom??? I think not

I haven't had time to use these tools yet but after examining the individual tools I think they'll be of sufficient quality to get the job done. I actually did try the fine splined tools and it fit over the adjustment screws perfectly. That's the only one of the tools that I actually tried but they all look good.

This tool set had the tool I needed to repair my Borlen weed eater. It had gotten to the point my Borlen weed eater would only idle. Whenever I gave it more throttle, it would die. I looked on Youtube for a solution. The fix is simple, adjust the carburetor settings, but a special tool is required that fits the adjustment screws. This tool set includes a variety of tools needed for small engine repair. The tool I needed was included in this set. Fifteen minutes after receiving the tool set, my Borlen was running like new again. Two easy adjustments. Well worth the cost. A lot cheaper than taking my Borlen to the repair shop.

I now have a finely tuned grass blower. Before the carb adjustment, it would not run on idle and die at the top end. Runs great now. This company goes beyond in their delivery of the tools. Each tool was in its own plastic rap along with the tool bag. The tools are solidly built. I will look for this company the next time I need specialty tools.
