Bed Jet should get 11 stars! It was a sad day when our Bed Jet was damaged. The thought of sleeping without the Bed Jet was too much to bear. I reached out to the company to see if we could get it fixed. They did even better than that, they replaced it and shipped me a new unit! I was blown away!!! Peace and comfort returned once more!!! :)

I have MS and I run hot when sleeping and it makes me uncomfortable trying to get to sleep. Being to hot or to cold can affect people with MS and the BedJet is a godsend. I haven't been this comfortable in bed in a long time. I wanted to get the Dual BedJet so my wife and I can both be comfortable since she is always cold but I wanted to try it out with one first because it is pricey. We are definitely saving for the second Bed Jet. Worth every Penny
