Was delivered early May "˜23 as my old one was kaput. Turned in for the first time this past week and it's broken. Mattress pad does NOT heat up. Controls light up, but won't let me change settings-not that it matters as it doesn't heat up anyways. Was trying to be ahead of the chilly weather delays by ordering early. But now, because it's been several months since the order, I am unable to return this useless mattress pad.

I want to love this but the material it's made of is very slick and my sheets constantly pop off on corner or the other. This is the third of these and each was different manufacturer however niether of the other 2 gave this issue. On the other hand this one does work well and seems to heat up faster. I like the preheat function. I would purchase again however I hope they will find a better fabric, at least for the part with elastic. The bedding part is a bit stiff but softens up fairly quickly. Overall it's not bad for the price.

We have had our mattress pad for a year. When we went to plug it in this fall, there was an issue with our cords due to a new puppy in our household. I contacted their customer service and they helped us acquire a new controller even though the issue was not their fault or a defect with their product. Within 8 or nine days, we had a new controller and all it took was an email to get the process started and a few reply emails.
Along with the excellent customer service, we do really like this mattress pad. We have had ours for a year, and have even washed it with good results. It is like washing an electric blanket, just follow the instructions on the mattress pad itself. It heats well and fit our mattress well.

This fits nicely on the mattress and was easy to connect and plug in. It is easy to use, has very long cords one for under the mattress and then the controller cord.. It has 5 temperature settings 1-5 and it even has a preheat button, which is awesome as sometimes you just want to crawl between the sheets which are warm and not freezing cold.
