This product is my favorite for general cleaning. I work indoors, so my shoes never really suffer from mud or hard grime, and it does exactly what I need. However, a cleaner and conditioner is an oxymoron. It cannot clean and condition at the same time. The cleaning chemical will clean the conditioner off the shoe. With that said, have realistic expectations; red mud, scratches, discoloration, and caked-in or dried-in stains might be a problem. As I said, indoor life, but I know that whatever I come across this will clean my shoes. I won't use this on my dress shoes; I have a proper cleaner conditioner and polish. But for my Air Max, rebook, and even gym shoes (Nike mesh material), this is a fantastic product. Remember, there's no such thing as a one-stop shop or all-in-one. But for less than 20 bucks and how long the solution last with once-a-week cleaning, it's a great buy.

If you have super dirty shoes, especially white shoes that you wear a lot it works pretty great. It doesn't 100% get them perfect if you've had the shoes awhile, as nothing can look perfect and brand new, but it does a really nice job. We had some white Nikes that were really worn and dirty and they look fantastic after a light scrub and some MGK! I'd say if you are looking for a shoe cleaner this is a go to. Fabulous job.
