This thing is terribly designed. The glass pedestals have two bolts that keep the glass from tilting. The two bolts only tighten it, in the center (see pic), but do not fix it in place. No matter how much you tighten them, if you put something heavy on it like a amplifier for a stereo that has more weight on one half, the glass will tilt and spin. Also, the metal brackets that hold the glass up our very weakly made, so they bend forward - for their making me wonder when I'm going to hear a loud, expensive crash.
I had another bracket that looked like this, that was very well-made and when you slid in the glass brackets in place, they were secure and did not tilt. I thought this was similar construction, and I bought two of these, foolishly.
Unless you are using this to hold tea cups or $50 Blu-ray players, this really is too flimsy and don't buy it.

Nice looking shelves but the screw used to attach the glass shelf to the bracket is a little short. I had to angle the shelf to get the screw to latch onto the base part. I hope the tension will not cause the glass to fracture sometime in the future.

The double shelf was easy to put up. It took me about 40 minutes total. I am sure it would have been quicker if I didn't have my two sons helping out a little to much and forgetting where they set down pieces. We have a Wii U and a PS4 on it. No issues with weight or it slowly coming off the wall. I installed it into a stud. It was great that it came with a HDMI cable in it and the cable holders. They actually came in pretty handy. You can choose how close or far apart you want the shelves. I could easily fit in a third shelf. Great product. Came on time packaged well.

Received this product with my t.v wall mount. Once my t.v was assembled I began to work on the 3 tier shelf. I have to admit this was easier than expected. As soon as I opened the box, I ready saw how to assemble this before I even looked at the instruction.....was like rebuilding a familiar model kit as a kid. The only complaint I will give knowledge to was the fact after I had it assembled, I noticed the shelves have a little more play than I would like to see. Being the fact that I'm using this shelve for an Xbox One and a Xbox360, I'm worried that it may tilt beyond its allowance and crack
but it was a pretty straight forward set up

Some of the instructions are a little unclear, but it was a pretty straight forward set up....there are little holes to put wires in and back out again, but the cap at the bottom prevents cords from just running out the bottom straight down. We took the bottom cap off though and solves that problem. The glass shelves are a little nerve wracking and they're only help on with one little screw, that i'm afraid to tighten all the way, because it might break the glass....Overall after we solved a few problems I love the look of them and they were worth the price.
