When Harmar shipped it was on 3 boxes; not stated, 1 box arrived 3 days before third box, but nowhere did Harmar say how many to expect & the tracking number said 1 box. Unit breaks down constantly. Switch on chair so located that often catches my trouser pocket, activating it before I'm ready. Calls no help. Replace rollers thru a secondary supplier whose shipping charges are outlandish. I own 2 units, 1 short 69" to a landing, other longer. Neither has worked well since installed. Frankly I have nothing good to report along with much negative. My own advice is: I wish that I'd never heard of Harmer.
