First off: the packaging for these lights is fantastic! I will keep the box it came in to store the lights. It also came with a felt bag to store the lights and extra attachment items. Well done!
Second: this is a beautiful and easy to use product. I had both lights installed on my bike in about 3 minutes. They have multiple settings that make me feel secure while commuting in busy traffic.
Third: the manufacturer checked in with me the day of delivery to make sure I was happy with the lights and to offer help in the future if needed. Really great customer service!

My old 2x AAA battery powered taillight finally quit on me and my 3x AA powered headlight was on it's way out as well, finding it to be off at the end of my ride nearly 50% of the time, so I spent a few days looking over all the USB rechargeable headlight and taillight combo kits on Amazon. While some combo kits had more reviews, as in 100s and sometimes 1000s more, I decided to give the Apace Vision kit a chance simply based on the reviews stating the lights were very bright and the customer service was top notch. Even the reviewers that had issues left great feedback about how Apace Vision contacted them right away and replaced whatever was not working correctly. I was sold simply on that alone. If the lights ended up being halfway decent then it'd be worth the chance.

As soon as I ordered the set I got an email response from Apace Vision telling me how much they appreciated my business. They assured me I'd be happy with their product, but if I had any problems supplied me with contact information. Wow, right off the bat I was impressed! I received the lights and was instantly impressed with the packaging. They come in a very nicely printed black box with foam inserts and all the accessories included. And what's even more impressive is they give you not just one, but two, mounting pieces for each light. So wait, they give you a back up mount for each just because? Yes. Yes they do. Awesome! I read their slip they put in the box which you can tell this company really appreciates your purchase and is very gracious about letting you know how honored they are you chose their product. They even gave a coupon code for a discount off the next Apace Vision purchase. Off to a great start and I haven't even tried the lights yet!

The instructions said to charge the lights immediately before use. I like they put it in clear writing and don't leave you wondering if you should use them right out of the box or not. I plugged the lights into my laptop USBs, which they include a USB charging cord for each light, so two are included, which again is great. The taillight charged in about 1 1/2 hours. The headlight took the full 3 hours to charge. I turned on each light and was immediately amazed at how bright they were. The headlight left spots in my vision for a few minutes after looking at it ha ha. Not very smart on my part, but I had to confirm just how much brighter it was than my old 3x AA powered headlight. I tried each mode, dim, medium, bright, slow flash and bright flash. They all worked flawlessly. The mounting is very straight forward. They supply rubber mounts, which some might be worried about deteriorating over time or stretching out, but because the headlight is quick release you don't have to take it on and off all the time, so it should hold up just fine for a very long time. Plus my quad iPhone mount uses rubber bands and they're the industry leader in mounts, so its completely fine with me and works very well. The taillight and headlight stayed put on my initial ride and felt very secure the whole time never moving around at all.

I ride on country back roads, mostly during the day, so the quick flash modes are what I use 99% of the time. The brighter and quicker the flash the more safe I feel. Let me tell you I feel very, very safe with these, more so than my past battery powered lights. These are brighter, lighter weight, and rechargeable, so there's really nothing a battery powered light set has going for it over these.

I just can't say enough about how great these lights are and how amazing the customer service is, and I haven't even needed it yet. If you're in the market for a USB light set look no further. These are quality components. Apace Vision has a new customer for life here.

Took me a while to actually write a review, as I wanted to run this through a few tests first. So after about a month I figure I put this through a good run. For the price, it is hard to beat. The light has 3 levels and bright is Bright. I normally use the fast flash, as it is noticeable from a very long distance away. People a mile away can see me coming. I was not as interested in this as much for night riding, more for getting noticed.
So for an all around light and rear red light, these are well worth the price.

Front light is OK. rear seems ok but it goes out after a couple minutes of riding.

I am upgrading this for two reasons.
1) Apace reached out to me immediately and offered a replacement on the rear light. Cool....
2) I pulled the light out of my backpack and left it on the charger all night just on a whim and now it works fine. I think I just never charged it all the way. I like the bright-blink mode. I commute to work every day in Chicago suburbs and right turning vehicles are a problem. I am lots more visible with this.

So.. thanks to Apace for their prompt response and alls well that ends well. Especially if you charge the light fully before using.

The tail light is awesome! It's really bright. Bright enough to be seen in even direct sunlight that drowns out other lights I've tried. The headlight seems like it's built to last and the mount is much better than the one on my True 450 Serfas light. Lumens are not an accurate way to measure the total output of a light. That being said, I don't think this headlight puts out the claimed 300 lumens. My Serfas puts out 360 lumens on steady mode and it's quite a bit brighter than this light. The Apace headlight is bright enough to light your way at night though. My wife uses it to ride through a 3000+ foot long tunnel that is totally black in the middle and has no problem seeing where she's going. For the $24 this light set cost me I think its an excellent deal.
UPDATE: Charge indicator light stopped working. I sent Apace a video showing the malfunction and they sent out a new light immediately!! I highly recommend this company.
