These arrived in a timely manner. I was so excited to try them and get some relief from pain when climbing stairs, kneeling, etc. I found them to be extremely painful to wear. They do not relieve my knee pain at all. I tried to push past the uncomfort and wear them for a longer period to see if I could get used to them but I couldn't. They really made my knees more painful than they were without using anything. I am glad they work for some but they did not work for me. I should probably return them but it is such a hassle to do so that I may just toss them.
UPDATE: I updated this review from one start to three stars because the company contacted me and offered me a full refund. In this age of terrible customer service, this company is a gem. They were so very nice and made it easy to obtain a refund. Just for the great customer service alone I wanted to be sure to update this review and increase the number of stars. This company is great to deal with.

I got these for my husband. He's 70 and in fairly good shape, but his knees really bother him 24/7. He has had cortisone shots and tried various knee braces with limited success. I purchased two pair of this knee brace, and wore them twice per week to practice martial arts. After two weeks, the first D-ring slipped and would not stay in place, digging into the side of my leg. Now, after two months, all four D-rings (two per brace) have slipped, dig into my leg, and have screwed-up adjustment. If the D-rings would have stayed in place, I would have given five stars.
