Terrific little mirror to solve all the problems caused by glaring, poorly-placed vanity mirror/bathroom overhead lighting. The suction cup system works very well, and the illumination is nice. The gooseneck mount seems to favor certain mounting positions, but its easy enough to place it and then move it, if necessary, until you find the one that works best for you.

*UPDATE* I contacted the seller to ask if I could purchase a replacement base/neck for the mirror and they sent me a brand new mirror at no cost to me! Definitely made it worth the price....
Oh and I recommend buying 6 rechargeable AAA batteries to use in the mirror- when the first 3 die you can immediately replace them with freshly charged set!
*Original Review* Its been about 7 months since I purchased the 10x Magnifying Lighted Mirror and up until recently, I absolutely loved it! The problem is that the mirror base no longer "locks" in place with the suction cup... The suction cup does work and sticks to the tile fine but the base doesn't stick to the suction cup after twisting it so the mirror slowly drifts down pulling on the suction cup. I contacted the seller asking if I could replace just the base/neck part as I don't want to buy a whole new mirror since it's less than a year old and the mirror works fine. I'll update this if I hear back from them.

I waited until I made my first overnight trip taking my mirror with me ..... think I'll make a cozy carry case for it because I will not leave home without it. At home, the way it is positioned on my bathroom mirror, I don't even have to use the built-in light ....but, is absolutely a must when I'm traveling. Sometimes I wish I didn't have a mirror that shows THIS MUCH DETAIL ..... just kidding .... I absolutely LOVE IT. It stays in place until I REMOVE IT...... just wish it wasn't so "squeaky" when the gooseneck is moved .... sounds like I should oil it......but, realize if it were loose enough to not squeak it wouldn't hold it's position as well ... which - I might add ... IT DOES.

I waited to write this because I wanted to see if it really stuck to my big mirror...it does! I cleaned a spot with alcohol & attached: voila, mirror I don't have to hold! Great for makeup application & tweezing eyebrows. The light is really bright & at 10× magnification: ouch. I am next to natural light, so better. This brings my one caveat: 10× magnification is not what your skin "really" looks like to your fellow human beings, so be very careful when you see something in the mirror that looks like you need to "fix", i.e. pick at. It can be a little dangerous in that regard: step back & look in your regular mirror for a reality check!

I loved this mirror at first. But the LED is already broken and it's only been 2mo!! The mirror obviously works, but I needed the light with it! So basically I can't use it much now. I only use it for certain things I can do without intense lighting. So if u need the LED light like I do, id get another brand. Suction is good tho, it hasn't fallen off the mirror or my counter once, so that's a plus.
***so after I had changed me review, when the LED stopped working, the company emailed me to see what was happening. They sent me a new one even before I had responded!!! I feel bad now lol. I could have emailed them first had I known they were this vigilant at taking care of their customers. Very happy because I loved my LED mirror. I need the light on it so when it went out I was very sad. My mirror never fell either so I was pretty sad when that happened. And I'm even more grateful for the replacement!
