Worked great holding "it" in until surgery happens. Straps under the crotch are adjustable from side to side on the back vs the older model which makes for way less wedgie picking throughout the day. Slim design for under clothes and I only used one side of the removable compression pads as I only have a single hernia.

This is more comfortable than it looks, I was amazed. Seems to be working great. Getting the straps adjustments is critical to the level of comfort. Once I had that handled it was amazing. I have a double hernia that I will need to have repaired, but I am hoping that this belt will delay that as long as possible.
