Some say not for medication but I cannot see where this one says that. It holds a Benadryl, nitro, aspirin if broken in half. I took the chain off and added a heavy clasp. My SD wears my seizure medication on her vest at all times. So far it is fine. The last two, both different styles came apart, loosing the bottom of the container and the pill. I break the pill in half and there is room for 2 pills this way.

I received this about a week ago, and so far I'm pretty happy with it. The clasp on the chain is a bit tricky to operate - especially behind the neck - but that is about my only complaint about the container.

NICE AND SMALL, BUT NOTICABLE. LIKE THAT IMPORTANT INFO AND CONTACT INFO CAN BE ENCLOSED. YOU CAN EVEN PUT IT ON A KEYCHAIN, PURSE USING A KEYRING OR CLASP!!

Its okay... It does what its suppose to do... Like the fact that its not too big or bulky. You can unscrew the pill and put in a small medical info if you want.
