These really stay it place. The texture of the rubber inserts makes it so they really stay in place. I don't have to worry that they will shift throughout the day. My bra no longer rides up and is much more comfortable to wear when I have these inserts in.

When these got here, I was apprehensive because they were kind of sticky. That material helps them to stick to your skin, but they have a Buch of holes in them, and that helps so that it doesn't hurt when you take away from your skin. I have had others that have left burn-like marks because it had pretty much bonded with my skin. Not fun! These work great. I decided to put them inside my bathing suit, for a little extra lift, and you can't even tell they are in there. The edges are just right so they don't appear to be bulky. So happy I ordered these!
