Well constructed grill. The box was a bit heavy. All of the parts were easy to transport to the back yard. The grill portion was a bit heavy. Will need two people to lift it up to the base. Customer service was awesome! The right portion of the grill arrived with a very noticeable large dent due to shipping. Customer serve dispatched the whole right side part to me. This was fantastic since the other option would have been to repack the item and send it back to Amazon. Not an easy task. The only take-way is that the grill needs to be on a level surface. The support base is a bit flimsy and will slightly twist if not level. This is noticeable on the alignment of the doors. We have a stone patio so I added shims to the surface to compensate for this issue. The heat is fantastic. It will hit 400 degrees in a matter of minutes or less. Insulation is fantastic so it can ramp up quickly. You can spend a less but the cost delta is probably in the amount of time the grill takes to get going and the retention of heat for the lower priced grills. This grill also has a higher BTU which adds bit of flexibility to cooking options. I pondered the purchase due to pricin but regret nothing after using it.

Very good grill. I haven't tried all the features yet, but it did excellent at searing steaks. Can't wait to use rotisserie! Customer service shipped a replacement back panel which had slight bend from shipping. No problems though. Assembly instructions were not well written (very few words) and didn't explain parts not required for natural gas model, but customer service was helpful. Well constructed and nice features.

Nice grill, heats up pretty fast. Definitely hotter than our propane grill so be careful about that!

Assembly took a couple of hours, but instructions were clear and there is an online video that helps. The temperatures generated by this grill are superb and it takes very little time to get to grilling temp. Far and away the best grill I have ever owned.
