I use this to cover my greenhouse. It last about 4 years. I had purchased some that was supposed to be the same from a big box store in June of this year. The sun beat it up and now in September I have to recover. Sorry that I did not order this from this site.

Hands down some of the best customer service I've ever received!

I bought some clear plastic from Farm Plastic Supply and I was very pleased with it. I needed more so I placed another order. This time I received a box that was marked clear, but it contained a frosted white film. Unfortunately, I cut the film while it was still folded up to fit my greenhouse before rolling it out and discovering it was white. I contacted Farm Plastic and all they need from me was a picture to verify what I was seeing, and they shipped the correct film to me without delay. I will always come back to Farm Plastic any time I need more plastic and just placed my third order. Great job Farm Plastic Supply!

1. You can use pvc pipe with this, but you have to use pipe insulation or the equivalent of the floaties you get at the dollar store. Doing this protects the plastic sheeting from the pvc.

2. You can ensure that the sheeting isn't ruined by pvc if you can't figure out #1 by using cattle paneling.

3. The sheeting of any type, brand, size etc is not gonna be see through **clear** no matter how cheap or expensive the sheeting is. If your looking for clear, then use windows.

4. If your not able to figure out #1, #2, or #3... Then find someone who can build you one and give you the advice your looking for.

5. Google, yahoo, or whatever search engine you enjoy, or if your capable of navigating youtube then do so. Research! Research! Research! You can find anything your heart desires on youtube on dyi from fixing a car to how to build your own cyclone filter for your back yard pond.... which I just completed. So instead of spending $350 for a large filter I've spent less than $35. That's the difference.

P.s green houses, unless they are huge (hundreds of plants) would you grow in them year round... Better be rich! The purpose of a green house is to over winter plants, and prepare for spring and early summer crops. Unless you have a decent and simple way of venting, and circulating heat from summer. If you don't you will have dead plants quickly. If you are gonna put up a green house you might as well set up a water catch system. Again you can find out how to dyi by youtube. And a decent little fish pond to help with a simple fertilizer for your young plants. They will love you for it.

Haven't used this yet but is the same brand I've used before and has held up for over 6 years through Ohio winters. Expecting the same results.
