I read everyone's reviews I got my game cart and my box says steel frame so they must have changed that and as far as the PIN the axle needs to be screwed to the axle collars so it's not shifting all around or your pins will break mr. Henderson I also superglued the bearings into the wheels and used cotter pins instead of cleavus other than that it's a great cart and I got the tooth brake people said they didn't get and the straps
