These delivered crazy fast and they look and feel very well made. For the price you can't go wrong, I have yet to try them and that is the only reason I haven't given them (5) stars. I'll update after they get some use.
Good starter set, comes relatively sharp out of the box. Could use a tune up.

Good set of starter Chisels. As long as you can keep these sharp (and they dull quickly) these will work well. As a starting set this works well to make a few simple projects. I suggest learning to sharpen tools if your getting into turning.

So far I have not had any problems using this set. The only down fall is that it does not contain a rouging (bowl or spindle) gouge or bowl gouge. I assumed because this set comes with three gouges that one would be suitable for roughing, but all three gouges are spindle gouges and which can be extremely dangerous to use for roughing. As a beginners set I would consider it incomplete.
