UPDATE: Great customer service - they contacted me and offered replacement batteries or a refund. If you have any issues with the product they are eager to solve them!
The rechargeable batteries on these clippers do not last long. It is best to use it while plugged in, if possible. I have only used this a handful of times, have left the batteries charging for ample time, and still can only get the clippers to run 10 minutes on the charged battery.

I used to groom dogs for a living and had expensive equipment which I no longer have. Needed something for the one dog I have now but didn't want to spend lots of money. I was skeptical about this product but much to my surprise it works quite nice. I love the fact that it is cordless so it doesn't get tangled while clipping and it stays cool without having to spray the blade. It is so quiet while running my dog never shied away from it. He was actually curious. For pet use I would certainly recommend this.
