Very good quality, i'm very happy with this product. Put a few drops of avocado oil on your filet mignon rub the avocado oil all over it, put your rub I use weber Chicago steak & steak chop let it sit for 15-20 mins , warm the pan on the cooktop with 2 -3 tps of avocado oil and start cooking, after they are done put a slice of grass fed kerri gold butter on top, and wallaaa best damn steak you will ever taste. ill post photos.

Nice and green, not processed. The only thing missing from pressing it myself is the wonderful avocado smell. All in all good product.
