I made perfectly neat cucumber and tomato slices by just moving them on the slicer with all the ease. My cousin stood in awe before the potato strips I made and asked how I did it. Never get tired of using this on different vegetables. Now I became a vegetarian because of the magical slicer. Lol

Works great, easy to assemble and use. Packaging and labeling is all in Chinese, so even if there WERE directions most of us probably couldn't read them. But it's pretty intuative so not a big deal. The blades are razor sharp, so be careful. The round handle with the prongs holds the veggie for you while you slice so you don't have to worry about slicing a finger. But take care when you're cleaning the blades. The main reason for 4 stars is that the white plastic stains easily. My first project involved sweet potatoes. They turned the plastic orange and soap wouldn't remove the stain. I resorted to orange solvent, which worked like a charm. Look for product s like "Goo Gone" that contain the orange solvent as an ingredient.

I have cut my fingers several times when using other choppers before... I haven't been hurt ever since I started using this one. The safety cap takes the credit! Besides safety, the blades of different shapes are quite useful. You can chop, grate and slice in whatever size you want, much more effort saving than using a kitchen knife.

this chopper really comes in handy when it comes to cooking, it can be used for dishes or decorations! it comes with a container where it holds the food, 5 different cutters, a peeler, and a holder for the vegetable so you wont hurt your fingers!
