This clock is perfect. It is exactly what I needed for my 98 year old mom who is healthy and sharp! She does, however, forget everything having to do with time. This clock has alleviated my pill alarm worries for my 95 year old Mom. The alarms are set and go off automatically now and then shut off automatically, too. The words pop up "take your medication". The letters are bright and she can see the day and time. I really like that there is a battery backup to save the settings for power outage. Home health aides have seen the clock and have written down the name to pass to other patients they have. This is quality and I so appreciate the functions it has. Very easy to set and we love it.

It's super easy to set up, easy to read, looks very attractive in her kitchen, and tells her everything she needs to know, at a glance. She said she was having trouble remembering the day of the week and sometimes couldn't remember the exact date...is this the 14th or 15? She loves to send cards - birthday, get well, etc. and she said this has helped her so much, just seeing it spelled out and lit up helps her memory, and also helps her get her cards in the mail on time. This clock made a huge difference. My mother was having difficulties orienting herself as to day of the week and time due to pain meds after a hospitalization. She would not know what button to push for the day of the week to take her morning meds. This clock has given her back her confidence and she hasn't had to call me to check feeling embarrassed. She also nods off (92 yrs old and you're allowed) and now wakes to know what time and part of the day it is, again, to orient herself and not be confused. I wish I had purchased this a month ago when she first got out of the rehab. This clock makes her so happy to be independent again.

I bought this clock for my dad who is experiencing memory issues, and cannot remember the day or date. In addition, he gets morning and evenings confused. He often cannot tell if it is 6 am or 6 pm. This clock is perfect! Large lettering and easy to read layout. He needs constant reminding, and this clock does the trick. It is very handsome, and I like the fact that it comes with different color frames - if you so choose. I plan on ordering more for his bedroom and other living areas, so the different style frames will work nicely. I highly recommend this clock.
