Perfect balance thickness for not too thin but won't have you sweating in three minutes. Helpful note for sizing I got the 3X I am 5'10" 285 lbs and it fit like it was made for me. Note that it is open in the front, some people may wish for a closed style.

The thickness, I really like, it feels like good material, it does not feel like cheap material at all, I believe it will take a lot for this to accidentally tear, only problem I have is that the top part is the only thing that ties, so it will open below the neck, but I fount a couple pieces of cloth to sew onto the cap so I can tie it around the stomach area, amd it worked, so I love it

I went as a grim reaper for Halloween. This cloak worked perfectly for the look. I am 5'5 but I wore platform boots so the length was not a problem for me. It is a little bit sheer but it was not noticeable in the dark or dim lighting.
