Not to bad to install, space was a little tight to remove wiring. Fired right up. A little humming from fan. My original power supply fan was knocking and clicking.

Exactly as advertised, easy to replace and has my optiplex 390 back up and running.
A couple of things to note:
- the cables for motherboard power are long enough to be routed and secured by the original Dell mounting clips. This is great, as some reviews stated that they were short. Certainly not the case for the PSU i received.
- the case itself appears to be better quality than the original. the original is a bare aluminum slotted together at the joins, whereas the replacement appears to be coated, and the construction more solid.
There's not much else to say. It works and it's a cheaper alternative to OEM.
I will update this review if and when anything crops up through daily operation.
