Great scope and excellent value for the price!

This is a great USB microscope
I would amost call it lab quality; works well with the app "mscopes" from the play store on my Android phone. I havent tried the pc software on the included disk yet.
You can use it hand-held, or snap on the adjustable stand for more steady images. There is an adjustable intensity light built-in to illuminate the object under observation.
The optical quality seems excellent, so far,though I haven't explored the full range of magnification avalable.
I anticipate that this scope will be getting a lot of use soon; will update this review as appropriate

It's the best microscope you can buy. it's great for taking quick pictures. You can hold the microscope right up to something (for example your hair) and press a button on the device and it will snap the picture. Build in light provides good exposures.
At this price point, I certainly wasn't expecting performance like this, but I must say that I am not disappointed. It was easy to setup and get the software installed. The drivers and software are included.
Once the software is installed and the microscope is assembled on the stand, just plug in the USB connection and you're ready to go.
The software is easy to use. You can take photos or videos. There is a button on the camera for photos, but you can also click on the software button to take a picture. Since the microscope is so sensitive and can be easily moved out of position, I found it much more beneficial to take photos by clicking the button in the software.

I feel like a kid with this amazing product. You can see so many details from things you never imagined were there haha. It has a variety of zoom in settings. It has an adapter to be plugged in from an android phone. You do need to download the app that goes along with this great gadget. It can be downloaded easily from the playstore. Super easy to use. Greatest toy an adult can have.

This is perfect for the curious little mind and science hobbyist alike! It would also work really well for seeing circuit boards for figuring out what the problem area may be. It is a little bit difficult to install (I'm sure because of Windows 10 and it loveliness), but once I had it installed the computer app, from the included mini CD, it worked great - check out the video to see it in action! I liked that I could zoom very close to the items that I looked at without a problem. I had the option of taking a picture of the object or a video! I comes with a nice metal stand that is tension tightened and a USB to microUSB converter, so it can work with your phone. The phone app is readily available on the Google store and is free. It does support ads at the top of the viewing window in the app, so if you want to avoid that just use it on your computer. Overall, I think that this is a powerful, little tool that would work great for the little curious mind and for the serious hobbyist who needs a more detailed set of eyes to fix a microscopic issue. Perfect for a Christmas gift!

This portable microscope is very useful to use most especially to science student. I bought this because this is an interesting stuff for me, i had my microbiology class last year, i enjoyed a lot of of seeing micro object. This is perfect to use with anyone who loves to explore micro objects. This portable microscope is compatible with any window XP or any android smartphone. Highly recommended.
