bad customer service, rep told to select a plan that actually did not roll over minutes and then lied about it by telling his office that I made the mistake. the reps at speedtalk don't speak proper english, they sound like illegal aliens.

My son has tried for about one month. It is worthy the money for kids does not need the data all the time as now free wifi is almost everywhere.

Never worked. Requested a replacement and that didn't work. Finally gave up on getting it to work and threw it in a drawer. Also, I knew it was a 6 month card, but I don't remember ever being told that I would be charged continuously every 6 months.

Very easy to set up and got a new phone number promptly on my new unlocked iPhone 7. Its webside is designed very well and approached to check use history and refill and so on. For old people who use less data out of home is a nice way to save money.
